Your browser stores information about your browsing history and habits. If you wish to remove your visit to the Track-Kit site from your browser's history, please follow the instructions below.
Internet Explorer
In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , point to Safety, and then select Delete browsing history.
Choose the types of data or files you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete.
In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Hub button,click the History tab , and then Clear History.
Choose the types of data you want to remove from your PC, then select Clear.
If you use Cortana and want to clear browsing history that's stored in the cloud, select Change what Microsoft Edge knows about me in the cloud, then select Clear browsing history.
If you are not able to access any information (or have received a login error) it may be that your kit has not yet been entered into the system. Please check back in a day or contact the health care facility where the examination and evidence collection was performed.
